These are a very solid pack of WWII paratroopers. They include all the normal poses - firing from the shoulder, both standing and kneeling, charging forward with bayonet, etc., but this set includes some unique poses that identifies these as paratroopers at a glance. There is a figure, standing with all his jump gear on, and apparently about to jump from his airplane, and then another figure who seems to be folding up (or casting off) his used parachute. This figure does not come with a stand, and is prone to fall over. However, he is the only unstable figure.
Some of the poses seem stilted and un-life-like; for instance, one figure is holding a grenade in one hand, and a Thompson sub-machine gun in the other. However, he is holding the grenade in an odd way, arm bent in a 90 degree angle and with apparently no inclination to rid himself of the hazardous item. Also, he's holding the Thompson by a handle that does not exist!
Overall a good quality set; plastic is firm and figures come with no flash whatever. Besides the one really badly designed pose with the Tommy gun and grenade, the poses are pretty decent.
