"FORD 60 FLATHEAD RULES"

I am doing this model stock two tone black fenders dark green body & a black top. On a previous different model I used RUSTOLEUM good for plastics too. When the tape came off it was a total disaster with the TAMIYA TAPE bonding to the protected surface. This time I used TAMIYA PAINT with a PERFECT RESULT. I left bad revue for the tape but now realize the nessessity of using paint specifically designed for plastic models. Lots of simple sweet detail with metal axles & much premolded. An easy build. "A little expensive, but a nice model for its age"

Recommended. This kit is sort of expensive for its age, but it is still very nice. Lots of extra parts to make it into anything that you want. Believe it or not, it even had a clear RED window set for making the model really weird looking. Fit was good. All wheels on the ground. Plenty of nice detail, including the interior. Real potential for scratching and adding plumbing to the engine and underside. I think that you will like it.

"An out of this world kit."

I was inspired to build this kit both by living in Roswell, New Mexico and Aliens and the local drag strip which I've been to and hear every Saturday night. First the kit is so easy, even a young visitor to Earth could build it. The parts flow together without any issues, the kit is really a blast to build. The perfect disguise for an alien space craft would be this vehicle, who would suspect a 1940 Ford Coupe if it weren't for the fact the Green gives it away. Completed with several coats of Primer Grey, then acrylic Greens and selected decals from a very good assortment of decals, this model exceeds all galactic requirements. A winner in any part of the Milky Way, I'm glad mine arrived. I highly recommend this kit to anyone in the universe.

"Good kit."

Parts fit together very well. Almost no flash, no warped parts. It was the first kit I built after being away from the hobby for almost 20 years. I might get another one soon!
