This model kit is ok. Datsun's Fairlady Z is my all time favorite line of cars and I was super excited to buy this model kit. Everything went smooth until it was time to fit the chassis to the main body. The glass (which comes as a single piece) will prevent the chassis to sit flushed with the body of the car. That will create a gap in the front and if you force the chassis with clamps and strong glue, it will cause one of the front wheels to touch the inside of the front wing. If you don't force said chassis is the front, the undercarriage will become visible and there will be a gap on the sides of the car. According to the instructions, the front bumper is supposed to hold and hinge the hood. Once you put the front bumper in place, and flushed with the body, the hood won't fit. You'll have to keep it in an open position, which for me was fine cause I detailed the engine.
I'd still recommend this model kit, but be very patient with it and you'll have to find creative ways to make it work.
