"Estes Curvilinear Nice Rocket, But Should Be Improved."
champfluff
The Estes Curvilinear is a nice design, but a fragile rocket upon assembly. Cut apart the fins, do not force them out of the balsa forms and they should be fine. Reinforce them with laminated printer paper and glue, for a stronger fin can. The 13mm motors are fine, but for me not enough power, so I will install an 18mm motor mount and rebalance for a stable C/G. The Curvilinear should be upscaled and up powered to 24mm, or 29mm motors, hint, hint Estes...

"Cool concept and design"

Simple and pretty straightforward assembly. Be careful breaking out the fins, a small section that goes into the second small ring can beak off. I put additional weight into the nose cone, and glued the nose cone shut to create a lawn dart like in the 1990's.

Due to small parts that could cause a choking hazard please kee away from children 3 years of age and younger.
