ANNEAL-dip part into warm detergent bath for approximately 10 minutes, rinse and dry
PREP-apply generously by wiping or dipping, use stiff brush to clean the deep crevices
DRY-allow to air dry, do not wipe with cloth or paper, air blow off excess
PAINT- apply color coating as desired

I've used Plastic Prep for many years. Ideally, when you first open the kit box, you should wash all the sprue trees -all of the kit parts in warm soapy water, rinse, and set aside to dry. Use Plastic Prep just before painting to get skin oils off the bare plastic. It's good value for what you get.

It's a very important practice to wash any oily residue from plastic parts before beginning to glue and assemble a kit. This plastic prep is a mild isopropyl alcohol solution that effectively cleanses plastic surfaces for better bonding of glues and paints. This solution is easy to use and can be wiped or brushed on plastic surfaces.
