Cant Z.506 Airone Historic Upgrade

This 1/72 scale kit from Italeri is one of the best I've seen in a while You have six versions you could make and the one I chose is from the 287a Squadriglia (Squadron in Italian), 6 Gruppo (Group in Italian) of the Regia Aeronautica, Sardegna, Italy, 1942. That version is also on the cover. The other five versions include the 171a Squadriglia, 82 Gruppo of the Regia Aeronautica, Taranto, Italy, 1942; 149a Squadriglia, 82 Gruppo of the Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force, Taranto, Italy, 1944; Seenotstaffel 6 of the German Luftwaffe in Venezia and Ravenna, Italy, 1944, Finally there's HK977 (captured) in British RAF service, Kalafrana, Malta, 1942 (decals for planes HK978 and HK979 are also included). The illustrations are well done and the painting of the aircraft is pleasant as well. For the most part everything fitted as it should There were some pieces that required additional sanding including the waist gunner positions. The cross decals on the tail were a little big but besides that, it was a joy to build For these reasons, I give it a perfect five out five Buy it, build it, paint it, you won't be disappointed
