"Nice overall kit..."

I built this kit many years ago and enjoyed it very much... But some of the same problems that effected the kit back then still haunts it today... You need to be really patient lining up the parts (especially the main body) take your time with it... There's some flash that needs to be carefully removed once accomplished test fit for alignment (again take your time)... When you have it cleaned and the alignment is right carefully glue the two halves together (have some rubber bands handy to hold it together while it dries)... Overall this is a very nice kit - decent detail and leaves room for the experienced modeler to micro detail and light the kit... Highly recommended...

A really neat kit of a cool subject of science fiction.

This is a simple yet really good looking model. Built one over 30 years ago and decided to do it again. If you are looking for an easy and fun model to build for a beginner, this is it. Looks impressive on the shelf. Molded white/grey and red plastic with good decals and instructions.
