The 1:350 scale Luna Rocket Ship is a very small kit at only 5 and 1/8th inch tall when assembled... The kit contains 9 pieces with minimum detail but it has potential for far more - imagination and skill level are your only limits... There are two clear pieces that represent portholes on either side and with a little thought a small LED can be added for that extra gotya factor... The parts are very clean (no visible flash on them) but be very careful when removing from the sprue... A quick test fit show very fine seam line that can be covered up with a light layer of you favorite putty and some light sanding... Overall this little kit has big potential as a stand along piece or as part of a diorama... Highly recommended for both beginners and experience modelers...

This kit is another in Pegasus's line of classic 1950s SciFi movie spaceships. It is probably one of the most classic rocketship designs we think of in science fiction. It is small but nicely done for that size model. It is made of that odd rubbery plastic but that presented no problems in building it. I finished it with Vallejo chrome acrylic paint and was very happy with how it turned out. I added an aftermarket resin base to set it off nicely.

It's easy to build. Nice and small. Looks great on the shelf.
