Let's start with the obvious, this kit is massive. It is big enough that it would not fit on my one foot wide shelf where the rest of my Gundam kits reside. But for all its bulk the kit goes together extremely well, with practically no trimming or fitting required other then the cleaning off the slag left from the spurs. The parts are molded in appropriate colors that it is possible to build and display the kit directly out of the box without painting. But painting will definitely help bring this kit to life. The joints are well designed and take the weight of the kit without a problem, however due to the sheer bulk of the kit and the jointing required mobility is limited. That is the major drawback of this kit; unless you are willing to permanently glue joints and other movable pieces posing the kit is limited to him standing holding his rifle and shield. This could be a diorama builders dream kit, I have't yet started building a diorama for this kit but it is on my list of things to do. I would not recommended this kit to someone who likes to continually pose and repose their kits due to its lack of mobility, but other then that I highly recommend this kit; it was a very satisfying build.
