I received this trailer in the mail today, and my first impression is that it is a great model and fairly accurate representation of a modern tandem-axle dump trailer. When I removed it from the package it came in, I noticed that (my model, at least) came as a simple kit, needing the landing gear and wheels and axles installed. The wheels on this model also came upgraded, with rubber tires on the wheel ends, instead of the standard Herpa plastic wheels. While some details may not be the best, it is still a good beginning point for a detailing or kit bashing project, or can be displayed on a layout as-is. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone, and I may even purchase another soon.

Pretty nice trailer, is to scale, nicely detailed, overall a very nice item.
