Great model of a 27-foot trailer that can be a very accurate representation of the trailers used by many freight companies (such as Consolidated Freight, Saia trucking, or Fed-Ex for example)
I purchased 2 of these trailers (along with a converter dolly-Item #: HRP5274) and I'm very impressed by the level of detail for the trailers. They are plain white color with a silver roof. The doors on the rear of the trailer are very well detailed with all hinges and locks having been molded on.
The trailer itself came as a simple kit, where the axle/suspension and landing gear (jack stands on the front) need to be installed, but this is very easy to do. The wheels are not completely accurate for a trailer of this kind (representing aluminum Alcoa-style rims- easy to fix with some paint) but the tires are of molded rubber and are very realistic for the scale.
There is a hook on the back of the trailer, so a converter dolly (like one mentioned before) can be used to connect 2 or more trailers together to form a road train type combination.
This is a very good model and can be used with almost any decals currently available to depict the trailers of many freight companies in the US and Canada. I highly recommend them.
