Fire engine 1914 - Z-Scale

This Micron Art kit is a beautiful example of what can be created today with computer miniaturization. The instructions recommend small Xuron pliers and cutters, and needle files. If this is your first Micron Art kit, these tools are worth the cost and effort. Hobbylinc has them all. I have to take frequent breaks because the tiny work takes more time than big stuff. Also, get a supply of acetone for removing the super glue when the pieces stick and are not properly aligned. I had to soak apart the first few tries on a couple of parts. If you are really good, the kit comes with enough pieces to make two fire trucks. The idea is to provide you with spare pieces, but carefully work will yield you a second truck for free! I used Testor's #2919 Italian Red because it comes in both spray and bottle. This red looks very good for a fire truck. You will amaze your friends with this incredible kit.
