LCSS (Light Seal Support Craft)

I served with a Special Boat Unit that delivered and recovered SEAls in and around waterways of Vietnam and this was one of the boats we used along with another type. I built this kit years ago and no longer have the model as it is very accurate in every way possible. I also had figures that were very accurate of SEAL Team and of boat crew members. The boat crews never or seldom wore more than soft jungle hats or issued helmets, at least that I saw. Again, all those figures are accurate to an extreme and one could place as many as up to 10 or 12 and be accurate as to how many were in the boat.I commend DML for honoring the Navy's Special Boat Units as they were almost non existent and little known about. I highly recommend these and other kits that concern River operations.
