I liked how this kit went together, I am glad the Trumpeter has taken on the task of releasing ship classes such as the Colorado class battleships and the New Orleans class cruisers that have not been produced in plastic before, Now if only they will produce the New Mexico Class Battleships - USS Idaho, USS Mississippi and USS New Mexico.

This is one of the best models that i have bulit. The inst are good as is the paint chart. The parts fit well but there are many small parts the hardes is the twin 20mm and there stands twesers are a must. But the rest of parts go well. The decals are not much but good on well. There is pho-ech parts for the catpult and wench and there are placit parts as well. I have no love for pho-ech parts but if you like them go for it. a good ships for all.
