Metallics Vol.1 Learning Series Book

Tired of simulating metal parts by painting them with...SILVER-? This books starts with what makes a metal look the way it does, then shows you the differences in metal shades, colors and how to replicate them for many different model types. It's about practice, practice, PRACTICE: take pieces of scrap plastic (or parts)...and 'PLAY', until you get comfortable with the techniques listed in this book. Whatever you build: aircraft, cars, figures, science fiction, etc. you WILL have to duplicate a metal finish at some point (shiny, dull, pitted, burned, etc.) and this book (get Vol. @2 while you're at it-) is a worthy investment to grow and master the skills...PUT DOWN that silver paint.
