"Adds a touch of realism to models"
undefined
When I first started in the hobby, there weren't very many extras available for models. Tamiya has come up with the best extra I've come across in a long time. The richness of the black surpasses other brands of wash. Once I started using Panel Line Accent from Tamiya grills and wheels began to pop! SO much easier than the old paint and rub away method of yesteryear.

"Great for highlighting details"
undefined
This is a very thin solution. It quickly goes alongside raised areas of models to add a 3-dimensional look. It is great for weathering model trains. I found that I could make the sawdust loads in Bowser HO Wood Chip cars stand out and look more realistic. On model planes, it highlights the control panels, makes the cockpit look used. On model trains, it makes the model look like it has actually been outside in weather without having to completely weather the model.

"So easy"

This stuff is amazing. Used it for the first time today- and very impressed with the results. So easy to use, and the results are well worth it. Just dab a little on, let gravity work- it runs very easily, filling in recessed lines. And if you make a mistake, or apply too much, just wipe it off with a Q-tip dipped in thinner. Wish I had discovered this stuff years ago

"Really Great!"

This stuff is quite magical! I began using it only today, and I am already impressed! Simply dab the stock Tamiya brush/cap combo (just like from their cement bottles) onto a depressed panel line, and the thin enamel mixture immidiately dissipates across a very large area of the line! Only a few dabs were needed for me to cover the main panel line running across my Tamiya 1/48 scale Zero, and I wiped the excess away with some thinner on a cuetip. Great stuff! Don't know why this wasn't thought of sooner...

Plastic parts may become brittle after using Panel Line Accen colors. Avoid using on movable parts and take care when applyin to load bearing areas..
