Weathering pigments from AK are a good choice. These are enamel based and can be applied dry and held in place or blended with either pigment fixer or enamel thinner. Generally, these pigments dry with a slightly lighter color than the bottled powder. I mix different AK washes with pigments to create a wide range of tones.
