HGUC Hyaku-Shiki Mobile Suit Z Gundam

This is an amazing model kit. It is a major upgrade from the 1st Hyaku-Shiki kit way back in 1999. Great proportions and maximum pose-ability plus Bandai did a great job with color separation and breaking the figure into much smaller pieces which not only makes painting easier but reduces seam lines dramatically. The Movable Frame concept from the TV series is beautifully engineered into this kit with the inner frame containing all the mechanics and the armor and thrusters all attached on top. All the standard armaments are present including the beam rifle, two beam sabers, and a clay bazooka. The only thing I miss from the old kit are the dry transfer decals for the Kanji symbols. I may have to design my own water slide ones to print at some point. However that shouldn't stop you from picking up this kit, you won't regret it.
