Perfect! Impressive Parking Lot and Spaces.
Busch's parking lot and spaces accessories are superior in my opinion. I've also come to learn that there rest of their roads and streets are high quality like this item. There is no peeling off after it's placed. The adhesive is great! In close up shots I've taken while photographing vehicles on it, I can't help but notice that it actually looks like asphalt! Soon, I plan to upgrade all my roads and streets with Busch's road and street accessories! They even lessen the thudding noises from my model cars with less than perfectly round wheels when rolling them around, and they seemingly add a little traction for them too! I highly recommend. This seems like the true standard for roads and streets for layouts!
Extra parking
Great item if you want an easy ready to go parking lot. If you need a few extra spaces and own a color printer you can also make a copy of this item and add any addition spaces you need to fill your space.

It is not the right size parking spaces when using HO Scale Slot cars. I guess they have different sizes of HO Scale.
