Trash Dumpster Blue 3/ - HO-Scale (3)

These, Hi-Tech 8003 Blue Dumpsters,are a really nice and quick way to add detail to your HO Trains or any 1/87 Scale Diorama. They went together in a very straight forward manner. Be sure to read the instructions to find a good tip to keep them squared up until the glue sets. I always paint all my stuff, but with these coming in the colour you really do not have to paint them for a nice detail to your scene. I used Tamiya extra thin cement, Tamiya XF-8 Blue, Tamiya Light Grey panel line accent paint, Badger Sand and Grimy black. All available here at HobbyLinc. This package includes three dumpsters plus a number of different lids so you can position them open or closed. The parts are all well molded with very little flash. My main complaint is that it is very difficult to separate the parts from the sprues cleanly. A lot of careful filing and cleaning up was necessary. The instructions are very good. I wanted older looking dumpsters with metal lids so I just turned a couple of the supplied ones upside down to show a flat surface and it worked fine.

3 bins require assembly into various user defined configurations.Plastic which can be painted or color left as molded. Used around all business. I will use for service station and car dealership.
