"A great product for modelers."
marvin_bunting (Topeka,Ks)
This paint is great. I painted 4 model airplanes and it really shines. It covers well and doesn't require a heavy coat. It is a good value for what you get, a 3oz spray can. I recommend it for all modelers.

"Not The Finish It Appears To Be"
michael.miller (michael.miller@windstream.net)
I spent considerable time searching among several brands for a good match to a glossy silver metallic paint to match an historic stock car. When I found Testors Spray Silver Metallic, the online chip or example appeared to be near perfect. Unfortunately and despite shaking the can three times longer than indicated on the directions in an effort to get the full metallic effect, the paint dried as a dull silver with a somewhat rough surface -- even after three coats over a grey primer. As another user indicated, I hope I can get more gloss out of the finish with the application of a clear coat; however, the example given clearly shows a gloss reflection on the surface and does not lead one to believe it is a semi-gloss, matte or flat type paint.

I've used Testors/Model Master spray paints for years! Hasn't let me down yet! Covers easily and smoothly. Even spray right down to empty!
