A real staple for any layout with many uses from roadbed to structure foundations to shims and filler. The cork roadbed comes packaged in a sturdy box with 5 pieces nicely rolled. Upon opening, the roadbed felt soft and flexible and easily flattens. Its best to leave these laid flat overnight with some weight on top, I'd use a 1x2 with some heavy locos on it. Each piece has a properly cut center line for quick installation. Make sure to use a sanding block to touch up the edges before tacking to your layout. This product contains 5 pieces of high quality roadbed at a great price, perfect for single module layouts or dioramas.
