I've built all four Modified kits, and how that they are all exactly the same excepting bodies and hood, bumpers & air cleaner/stack options, this review is on all of them. First and foremost, I found these kits to be a great foundation for just about any type of older modified you want to build because they have basic racing parts for a good build consisting of quick change rearend, suspension, roll cage & interior, great headers, great tire/wheel package and a good (not great) generic big block engine. I swapped out the kit body of three of my builds using AMT 40 Ford, Revell 37 Ford and AMT 41 Plymouth bodies with minor adjustments/modifications. I found it easy to shorten both ends of frame and to relocate gas tank & other parts. Low parts count makes for an easy build out of the box of you choose so, great kits for beginners cuz it's hard to mess up a dirt racer because they are low end, low buck race cars, without glass to get glue on! All of them were no- stress builds (except my 40 Ford paint job) and a lot of fun to build. You can go mild or go wild & get great results, the only thing I found wrong with these kits is that they are addicting! Don't know why the prices vary from kit to kit, which is mildly irritating, should be all the same.
