I started using these new paints by Testors about a year ago and was not disappointed.I had been using airbrushes to do my models and I like using them but gets tiring having to clean up,switch colors and all the must do's that you have to do for airbrushing. so I found these and gave them a try.Just as I hopped they are great!! Itsays one coat but if your a hard nosed modeler like me,I put up to 3-4 coats on for a deep color.Then the clear coat I again put 3-4 coats and then polished and WOW!! This isn't my dad's spray paint for sure.As for this color of black,it looks awesome and does as it claims to do just as the other colors in this system. If there were more than 5 stars I would choose every star and the price is great and can get a couple or more models painted depending on how many coats you put.Trust me,1 coat will absolutely do a great job.I really love this new system with the clear coat and have made me a spray can modeler again,Thanks Testors!!

These Testors paints have set the bar for rattle cans at a nearly unreachable height. Blazing Black is no exception. I cannot recall ever using a metallic lacquer that self-levels as perfectly as this one. The depth of color and glassy shine are stunning. It really is the next best thing to an airbrushed finish without the cleanup headache.

This is a beautiful black, you will love it. I definitely will buy it again.
