This Trumpeter kit is a quite nice KV-1 tank offering, and well worth the price. The tread system is of the molded sectional link type, with no option of the long rubber strip variety. The kit has the option of building either the KV-1 M1942 Up-Armored Welded Simplified Turret version, or as the corresponding KV-8 Heavy Flamethrower Tank. It also comes with a nicely detailed turret top AA MG. For those a little more into the dioramic scene, it also comes with a total of 7 crewmen/extra figurines. Overall, the kit is good quality and nicely detailed, and I would recommend it to others.
