If you're just getting into airbrushing, Vallejo's Model Air series is the perfect way to go. This set already has paints that have been pre-thinned so you can start painting straight out of the bottle. There is a good color variety in this set for both African and European panzer schemes as well as Luftwaffe camouflage schemes.

"Love this paint, no nasty thinners!!"

I've used this paint on all my recent armor projects and love the results I've been getting. I will say that it's quite different from working with enamels. These dry fast and will clog the tip of my airbrush. I bought Vallejo's Flow Improver. This helps a bit. The paint lays down really nice and smooth. Even though it's made for airbrushing, I usually have to thin it more with water to have it spray well. I do love the water clean-up and no toxic solvents!!

I purchased this set because I wanted more colors for my HO buildings. There are a number of colors that add variety to my cityscape. Also, I have used Model-Air (Vallejo) air brush paint before and the results have met expectations.

Made for use in an airbrush. Vallejo Model Air paints are excellent paints. The spray on smooth and dry fast. And, clean up great using windshield wiper fluid. But, the best part is no smell. These paints also brush on pretty well also.
