Woodland Scenics Water Effects is a wonderful product ! It's easy to use and versatile. I've used this product for surface chop on my lake, a small waterfall and to add rapids to my river. Multiple thin applications work better allowing sufficient drying time between. You can build up quite dramatic water features if you're patient... Dries crystal clear. This product is also perfect for tacking things like boats, swans, lilly pad and the likes to the water's surface: just a little dab 'ill do ya !

Using this product and the Realistic Water I was able to successfully create the scenery I was looking for a way to add a waterfall/river on my layout. As with everything, a trial run is a good idea to get better results. It will end up with a WOW response by taking your time and following the tutorials on you tube and others. A very good product.
