This is a great kit! Absolutely take you're time building it & study the parts placement carefully! The instructions will give you vague arrows pointing into the general direction where the parts are to be placed. dry fit and refit to be positively sure where the cab's inner fenders are to be placed and the battery box as well. The Cab inner fender wells are a bit tricky as the placement marks on the interior tub are faint. If not placed correctly the cab will not sit completely level! I used a #2 pencil before painting to make the lines more visible. Be sure to place the inner fender wells properly onto the assembly as a thin glue area is on the fender wells and the glue area is easily deceiving. Again great kit ! Highly recommend!

This kit is coming along NICELY. As a long haul trucker, I can only work on these while I'm home, and my home time is about up, so I'll do the trailer next time. I'm making this a Coca-Cola truck; my (80 year old) mom loves Coke. I learned a lot - which is good, because I have TWO more C600s to make!! Flash was inconsistent - a lot on some areas, none in others, even on the same sprue. Instructions are pretty clear, but a working knowledge of the innards of vehicles is a BIG help. Oh - and we do NOT use a chrome 5th wheel, unless the truck is a show piece and never meant to hook to a trailer!! Come on, AMT, quit chroming the 5th wheel!
