SdKfz 234/2 Puma WWII German Armored Car

Tamiya comprises the majority of the 1/35 scale military vehicles I have built. I recently built two kits from other manufacturers, and the quality just wasn’t the same (although I enjoyed both builds). So when I started to build this kit, I was not sure what to expect. This was my first AK kit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The parts were easy to remove from the sprues, and the flashing on most parts was negligible. The parts fit together very well, including the small parts. My biggest challenge with this kit was assembling the window doors/covers, as the illustration in the instructions did not clearly show the proper position of some of the parts. The illustrations in a coupl of steps in the instructions show lots of parts, so take care to examine the illustrations carefully and repeatedly as you assemble the parts in the steps. I highly recommend this kit.
