Instructions are minimal, but they acknowledged it and have redone some parts of it, since it is an older kit. It is a straight forward easy kit though and a lot of fun to build Looks great too.

Very nice station

As others noted the directions are a bit sparce but straight forward. Only complaints are that the scoring on the roof was on the wrong side, making aligning the roof tiles tricky; and the tile pieces for the roof were too short to span the entire back roof. Better if they were printed longer. But the results were fine.
