The Hotchkiss H35 was a French Cavalry Tank. This was a light and very small tank indeed. This model of FtoF is very nice. With an overall good level of detail and mouldings that are very sharp. Another good thing is that the turret rear hatch can be left open or closed. This kit has many pioneer tools, some (like two shovels) are separate parts, others are moulded directly in the hull. Running gear (wheels and tracks) are one-piece castings and very small (like everything in this kit), so lots of patience in the painting phase. The instructions are probably the weakest point of the kit. A small decal sheet with markings for three different vehicles is also provided, but only one version is explained. On the back of the small box are the assembly instructions and the painting and markings scheme for one French version. This kit is very small, you have to build it with a magnifying glass, because of the micro parts and micro instructions. This French Cavalry light tank with more than a thousand produced, was very important for France until German occupation. It's a great addition to a 1/72 WW2 Vehicle collector. Not for beginners, because of its size, but highly recommended otherwise.
