"Another Awesome Imex Item!"

What I love about IMEX Perma-Scene buildings is that they are usually one strong solid piece, painted and ready to place with no time wasted if you're anxious to get into the imagination! This building comes with additional parts like the gas pumps on an island and the company sign. Another big plus is that they're priced lower than the awesome Woodland Scenics competitor offering the same ready to rock kind of buildings. This garage-gas station was a much needed accessory which I loved from the moment I removed it from the box. (Which you can keep around to safely put your building away if you need after the fun is over for the day. Excellent Item, get it, get it, get it!!!

Solid and robust. It has a lot of heft for a small product. It's a single-piece construction made of a heavy, fired plaster. There's no question of how sturdy it is the instant you take it out of the box. The only con isn't actually a con for me -- it's pre-painted so you have to take it as is. People who take their layouts uber-seriously might find that a problem, but not me. If only every building I've purchased were this good
