I have two of these stores, one as a residence from years ago and a new one that I'm finishing up for the layout. I'm building this new kit straight out of the box for the most part. I'm even using similar colors as shown on the box. It is a beginner kit but can still be a lot of fun for any aged or experienced model railroader. The exploded drawing instructions are a little hard to follow but still lend a lot of help to the builder, following them is very important. Again in any popular scale this is great addition to a layout. I would recommend this to anyone.

this is a kit with fewer part's than some making it an easy build for the beginner, but has a lot for the advanced builder also. all part's are sharp, clean and with-out flash. the step's and loading dock are molded into the base, but they can be painted with a little care. the main roof's are molded in one piece.both roof 's and wall's are molded with sharp clean detail and there is plenty of scratch building potential. just use your imagination. i see some old men sitting outside mine playing checker's all day.
