Barbed Wire (29')

Good product. Lots of barbed wire and posts. realistic look.

After reading of a couple examples of how to model a barb wire fence I decided to take the easy way out and purchase a ready made one. Aware of the quality of Pegasus' products I decided to purchase this from HobbyLinc. Still I was concerned it would fall short. It did not. Easy to adapt fencing covering all periods of warfare from the 1890's up means you can't go wrong with this product. Fence posts are grooved for that worn weathered look and have hooks on them for the wire attachment. The wire comes on four frames and has to be cut off. It will curl a bit but can be straightened by hanging with a weight on the end. All in all good stuff from Pegasus.

Like another reviewer, I did not believe the amount of barbed wire you receive in this kit. In fact, with my poor eyesight, I thought it was 29 inches, not 29 feet I was prepared to order 3 boxes until I realized the true value of this product. First rate. Was able to spend the extra money on other war-gaming products.
