"Another iconic color from the 60's"

Model Master's Daytona Yellow is a must-have color for anyone building a late-60's bow tie (Chevy) kit. Although it appeared on Camaros and Corvettes more often than Chevelles, I put it on an AMT '69 Chevelle and it looks fantastic. Super smooth coverage and decent gloss even without a clear coat. I'm still looking for GM's Butternut Yellow, but this one does the trick. Five stars isn't enough.

This was the first time I used any of the Model Master 2-part system lacquers and I am very happy with the results. It went on nice and smooth and looks great when cleared over.
