"One Good Brush"

I love this brand. They always have cheap brushes that are just about as useful as more expensive brushes. This brush in particular is great for broad, unbroken surfaces such as plane bodies, tank surfaces, ship hulls, and so forth. This brush also comes in some other packages such as the one including the fine-tip brush and medium flat-tip. Keep it clean and it will last for months.

As with Testor's smaller brushes I still use these a lot when painting an area that is too large for a small brush but too small to spray. I've never had any of the hairs pull out and/or react to any of the paints/chemicals I use for modeling. Excellent stuff for the price.

there good for people starting out but i would upgrade fast to better bruses. these work and get the job done but i dont like the stiffness of the brush part

Comments

  • With care these brushes can last for years.
  • Use Testors 1148 or 1156 Thinner/Brush Cleaner to clean the brush, then wash in lukewarm water and mild face soap, and finally rinse
  • in clear water. Store with bristles up in an open air container.
