"Great kit"

I have zero experience putting a laser cut model together. The way the parts are cut and the excellent instructions made it simple. Thanx

"Very Nice Kit That Could Have Been Better"
ferrarom
This is a very nice kit that is very easy to build. The only issues I have with it are the material used for the trim around the windows and corners. This consists of a flexible and somewhat flimsy vinyl material with a peelable sticky backing. The problem is when removing the backing because the trim material is so flimsy it becomes distorted in shape and is difficult to adhere properly to the building. Also the windows did not come with any simulated glass panes so I had to use some I had leftover from other buildings. Though the instructions showed an option for open doors the kit did not come this way so I had to cut the doors myself

"Simple but nice"

This is the easiest kit I ever assembled. The pieces were cut perfectly and fit flawlessly. The instructions left no room for doubt how to assemble the four walls and four roof pieces. The sticky-back trim applied effortlessly. Any one can build this kit. With a little artistry in applying color, this kit will be an excellent addition to your layout.
