Features :

Company houses were found in many coal-mining towns and timber cams where housing was scarce. Employers provided housing of a standard design for workers, and company towns would consist of several of these housing units. This kit would also make an excellent sharecropper's home, hillbilly shanty or house on the "wrong side of the tracks."

"Very well produced kit"
tim.craig53 (SE Pa)
At 71 I found this to be an easy kit to assemble (my fourth laser cut wood kit). The etched arrows indicating the nicks are a BIG help. Upon opening the package I immediately stuck the smoke stack and window glazing to a large piece of tape so I wouldn't lose them until needed.

"Looks like a quality product"

I have not yet assembled this, but from out of the bag, I am very happy with it. The company seems to really stand by the product, stating they'd replace any parts if this shipped broken. Instructions look really well made, while the building part will require a very steady hand.

"Multi purpose house"

This item was described as a company house but by painting it with brown siding and a dark green roof it made a perfect log cabin type secluded in some woods. It was fairly easy to assemble, and I would purchase it again.
