Grand Avenue Yard Office Kit

This kit goes together easily, and all of the parts fit well. If you are familiar with laser cut kits and peel and stick windows and doors, you will have no problems. If you have never built such a kit, take your time and read through the instructions. Think about how the windows go together and you will have no problems either. The kit includes some very nice details to complete your scene. This building is a nice size which a builder will be able to find a use for in a myriad of ways. A feature that I appreciate is that the roof assembly is solid and removable for future lighting/detailing and the maintenance to go with it. Outstanding.
