Railroad Street Company House Kit (one house)

I cannot wait to build the second one of these I have as well as the one I'm detailing now. So many things can be added to the kits that you might run into issues like how many stairs do I want to install. As a second story is a must, putting one in is not a problem and I will be doing that as well. The kit instructions are well written and the historic background could be used to teach the history of the era in which these houses were popular to have. The kits can be built in various stages of wear and weathering, from a fresh coat of paint to the level of weathering that I like! Worn with locomotive smoke effects and lots of weather. I also chose to cover the meant to be tin roof with tar paper effects using a fine black sand paper. These kits are ready for anything in detailing, so have a ball with these.
