1 Story House w/ Front Porch

I really enjoyed the build of this product. Very easy to read and follow instructions

This is a neat little house kit that goes together in about a day, including painting. The construction is straightforward and leaves little room for mistakes. The kit lacks a floor which is disappointing but one can add flooring with a little extra time involved. I used Basswood to make mine. One note, there were some left over parts in my kit, I don't know why, but they came in handy, i.e. two sets of chimney parts.I also glued the main roof halves together and not to the walls so I could do some interior detailing later. I highly recommended this kit to anyone.

My wife has been encouraging me to get back into model railroading and she got me this model for my birthday. This was the first model I had built in years so I was a little hesitant. But once I got started the build went very well. The instructions are well written and give good advice for detailing and weathering. I built this in four days. I took longer because I painted it and put in custom glass panes. All in all a great little model.
