"A cute 50's convertible"

This was another easy build from AMT. All of the parts fit together well and I was able to angle the vent windows just like you'd have them riding down the highway. There are three options for building this model and the directions are easy to follow for each version.

Fit and finish are great. Very little flash. I'm always looking for more detail but this kit looks fantastic and VERY realistic when finished. I've only built the stock edition. Highly recommend this kit for an enjoyable fun build.

I enjoyed building this kit very much, but I wish I had stopped before I put all the optional custom parts on the front and back, and the external pipes on the side. Maybe I did it wrong, but to me it looks weird. The basic body is very nice and I like the bronze paint I used. The kit went together well with only a few fit issues. I think I'll do another one and stick to the basic design.
