good price great usa addition to collection.a little hard to build.

Over all the model builds up nicely but not without a lot of extra work on the part of the builder. There are serious issues with the instructions from the start for example (and I'm only giving a couple): at the beginning of the build process they instruct you to make a loop at the end of the string they give you as a tow cable then in like the last step they instruct you to but the hook on the loop, had to do when it was all glued up like 13 steps before. And then there are the mystery parts. The ones they have in one part of the instructions but not others and they don't even give you a part number for them, they just appear like magic from thin air. Additionally I'm not sure it is accurate to scale as some of the parts, most notably the 50 cal and it's tripod are significantly smaller then similar parts on kits of different manufacturers. I noted this when I replaced the kit 50 with an aftermarket one. As for the parts themselves, you're going to find an over abundance of injector pin marks in some very visible places. Basically it's not a bad kit but it's also not a great kit and it suffers from, what I believe, is one of the worst set of build instructions I've ever run across. I'm adding that I am recommending this kit but only to someone who has the skill set, patience and need for this particular vehicle for some reason. If you don't meet any or all of these criteria don't get it.
