Terrace House with Tower

The charm and variety in this kit is fantastic. I really enjoyed putting it together, particularly because the way Kibri built the kit ensures it looks great painted or unpainted. In my case, I have had it on my layout for several years unpainted while I work on other areas, but it is just fine like that for now (unlike a 'single color' kit such as Cornerstone, or DPM, which look pretty bad 'mocked up' on a layout). The tower adds lots of charm and the connecting building has some really need multi-pane windows on the first floor. The various roof accessories (antennas, chimneys, etc) can be changed around based on your preferences. The turreted building has large display windows in the bottom for showing off interior scenes. Back in 2000 I had a very hard time finding this kit. I think it was around $60 or $70 THEN. Great job Hobbylinc keeping those prices low. :)
