"GREAT detail - but slightly off-scale"

In my view, this kit was slightly too small for HO scale. However, the amount of charm and detail in the kit makes it a great 'historic building' for your downtown. Putting it toward the back of the layout and avoiding many HO scale people nearby will hide any scale issues. If you light your buildings with exterior spot lights (like I do) they look really nice on this building due to the windows and other details on the walls showing some great hilites and shadows.
