I have never put one of these together before but I am looking forward to doing so. Oh I have to say I am an army vet and my job was an 88m which is a truck driver.

"Beautiful kit"

I've never built a 1/48 scale vehicle in my 52yrs and this kit has blown me away with the persice and detail of this model truck. This IS A MUST-HAVE model to add to any military builders. I WILL BUILD more of this scale!

a very good kit. detail excellent for the scale. i didn't like the wend shield so i made a cover for it. they had not included a cover for the cargo bed so i made a rolled up tarp to lay in the back.

The scale on this model was on the small side, box side over 5 but mine measured 4-3/4. And yet the detail was extraordinary. I decided to take part of the clear plastic bag to make a windshield from it. Made it look better. Not sure if the soldiers were in a different scale but I had to file off half of the drivers helmet to get him inside with the cab roof in place. He used about 1/3 of the front seat.
