"Not the best"
knightstalkr62
My kit has lots of flashing. Nearly every part has required some cleaning. The interior detail is not as defined as some others. There are no decals for the dash, so nothing to make the speedometer stand out unless your hands are much steadier than mine and you have a super small brush. Also, the door/window handles are not as raised up as some others I have built. If you are a stickler for details, you may want to look elsewhere. The engine and exterior look to be better detailed.

"good old plymouth kit."

i bought this kit to build as an old dirt track car but now i'm not so sure. i may have to get another to build a stock version as well. it can be built as a stock 6 cyl, or a v-8 custom. a v-8 street rod engine and low profile goodyear tire are included. i didn't know that when i ordered it so that was a nice surprise. after a test fit the part's seem to be nice and straight and fit well together. the kit i received show little to no flash or run out from molding and the chrome and windows are clear and clean. this will be built as an old stock car racer, but i would like to have another to build either as a stock or a rod. just have to decide which to build.

Attempted this kit twice in two years and both kits had frames that were twisted. Parts did not fit and plenty of flash. Possibly a bad batch but a year apart makes it doubtful.

Easy to assemble kit. However, there are some fitment issues. I just started putting kits together after a 50 year break and I would recommend this one.

Due to small parts that could cause a choking hazard please kee away from children 3 years of age and younger.
