1952 Hudson Hornet Convertible

This was my first Moebius brand kit. The engine and interior detail are exceptional. I don't normally display my models with the hood open, but hiding the detail of this engine would be an injustice, so I'm making an exception for this one. Unfortunately, several of the decals were sliced into multiple pieces so I could not use them (glove box, cowl label,grille emblem). Additionally, the instructions indicated 1953 grille and hood ornament were included, but those numbers on the sprue were empty so I did not get those parts. I did not care for the instruction sheet. Some of the parts placements were not clear. The parts were grouped on the back page under the appropriate color rather than being listed separately within the instruction sheet. This led to a lot of flipping back and forth to see what color each part was supposed to be painted. Overall I'd give the kit an A-, and the instruction sheet a B-. The detail does drive me to attempt another Moebius though.
