This is a great upgrade for the turntable. easy to operate and not many wires involved.

"Atlas Turntable motor Drive."

I purchased this item for my turntable and I am very, very pleased with it, as you can see from the picture it is a very important part of locomotive storage and routing loco's to specific places in the yard. I have nothing but good things to say about this item, however, be careful with the belt that drives the gears, if it snaps, like mine has, you will have a difficult time replacing it. I have tried many size rubber bands and they have all either snapped or were too large to work with this item. I don't see a replacement belt or spares that you can order anywhere, I will probably have to take the motor to the hardware shop and see if they have something appropriate for it. In the mean time its back to hand operating my turntable... sigh....
