if you need a building with a small footprint to fill a spot this is good. Basically 4 walls, window frames & a roof with acetate for windows. I added my own paint, signage, interior, awning & window treatments

"Pam's Pet Store Review"

This was my first DPM model, and it was a good selection to get me started with this model type. I liked that the window frames were separate from the walls, which allowed them to be painted easily without having to worry about getting the window trim paint on the wall. At the same time, I had to be careful there to make sure that I didn't damage the window paint during the gluing process. The store entrance was modestly challenging. It comes with three separate pieces which get glued together, and then the whole entrance is attached to the front wall piece. One needs to be careful here when removing the sprues from the door pieces. You need to keep the edges straight to ensure that the door piece can be joined at the correct angle. Not much of a problem when working carefully. I didn't do as nice a job with getting the brickwork and mortar to show... I was still figuring out my mixture for the wash. The model would look better with a better wash. Overall, a good model to get started with DPM kits, and I'm looking forward to getting it into my town layout.

Beautiful building. Easy to put together and paint. Did not come with any stickers, signs or anything to say what is in this building. I improvised with the packaging that it came in to make it Pam's pet shop.
